Today we will make fried bread filled with chocolate
Ingredients :
- 200 grams of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 egg
- 120ml cold water or ice water
- Bread crumbs
Instructions :
1. Pour all the ingredients below into a mixing bowl:

- 1 egg yolk
- 120ml cold water or ice water
2. Knead the mixture until it's halfway smooth.
3. Once the dough is halfway smooth, add 1 tablespoon of margarine (25 grams), then knead again until it's smooth and doesn't stick to the mixing bowl.
4. Place the well-kneaded dough on a cutting board and cut it according to your preference. In this recipe, we divide it into 10 equal parts, each weighing 35 grams.

5. To fill the bread, after dividing it into 10 parts, fill each portion with chocolate. Then seal the formed dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during frying.

6. After filling the dough with chocolate, let it rest for about 30 minutes until it expands. Cover the dough with a cloth.

7. Once the dough has expanded, brush it with egg white to attach bread crumbs.

8. After going through the above process, it's time to fry the bread in a pan over medium heat, ensuring even cooking.

9. Flip the bread when one side starts to brown. When the entire bread is browned, it's ready to be taken out and served.
